Before you pick

  • What counts as an active project?

    Anything you have not archived. Finish a job, archive it, and it stops counting against your plan — the record, the documents and the payment history all stay.

  • What happens if I reach the cap?

    You cannot start another project until you archive one or move up. Nothing already running is touched, and nobody is locked out.

  • Can I change plan later?

    Yes, from your billing page, in either direction. There is no annual lock-in to sign.

  • Which currency am I billed in?

    KES. That is separate from what you invoice your own clients in, which can be KES, TZS, USD, GBP or EUR.
